Should supply difficulties arise or stock run out, WEARINGSVQ undertakes to contact the customer and refund any amount paid .

The prices shown on the website are final , in euros (€) and include taxes (VAT).

Shipping costs are included in the prices as indicated for each product.

No additional costs will be added automatically; only those that the user voluntarily selects.

Prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

Cards are subject to verification by the issuing bank. If payment is not authorized, we will not be able to process the order.

Deliveries are made in Spain (Peninsula and Balearic Islands) via Correos Express.

Except for personalized products or extraordinary circumstances, the order will be delivered according to the selected method and, in any case, within a maximum period of 30 calendar days from confirmation.

Deliveries are made on business days. If you cannot be at the address provided, please contact us to arrange another date.

If the order cannot be delivered due to absence, the carrier will leave a notification. If 30 days pass without delivery for reasons not attributable to WEARINGSVQ, the contract will be considered terminated and we will refund your money.

The applicable VAT rate will be that in force in Spanish territory (except for the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla).

If you notice an error when entering your information during the purchase process, you can modify it:

WEARINGSVQ will not be liable for failures due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including:

• Strikes or lockouts

• Civil unrest, terrorism, or war

• Natural disasters (fire, flood, earthquake, epidemic...)

• Inability to use transport or telecommunications

• Acts of any government or authority

In these cases, the obligations will be suspended for the duration of the force majeure event.
