  • Buying a product on our website is very easy:

    1. Choose the products you want, select your size, add your personalization if you wish, and add them to the bag.

    2. When your bag is complete, click on 'Proceed to checkout'. Check it to make sure everything is correct.

    3. Fill in your shipping details and click on 'Place order'.

    4. Remember to perform two-factor authentication with your mobile phone if necessary to complete the purchase.

    5. When you have finished, you will receive an email with your order confirmation, its number and the invoice.

    If you need help, contact us and we'll get back to you right away.

  • Each item includes a size guide in centimeters. Measurements are taken from the seams of the garment.

    Arm length: from the seam that joins the body of the garment to the sleeve.

    Total length: from the neck down.

    Width: from side to side.

    There may be a 1-2 cm discrepancy in the garment measurements. The size chart images on the website are for illustrative purposes only.

  • Once the order has been placed, you will receive an email confirming your purchase and your order number.

    Sometimes it might end up in your spam folder, so please check there as well. If you've made a purchase and haven't received an email, please contact us and we'll sort it out.

  • Yes, you can view the status of your order in the 'My Account' section on the website.

    In addition, you will receive email notifications whenever there are changes to the status of your order.

  • If after making the purchase you regret the size, color or personalization, if we are in time we can change it on the spot.

    Write to us through your preferred channel and we will respond as soon as possible.

  • We check all our items before shipping them, but there may always be some factory defects that we cannot control.

    In that case, we'll replace the item with one in perfect condition at no cost to you. Just contact us.

  • Although it may not seem like it, packages are made by people, and sometimes we make mistakes.

    If you receive the wrong item, we are very sorry. We will send you the correct item as soon as possible at no extra cost.

  • We usually restock all our products.

  • That's how we started and we loved it, but now it's impossible for us to manage it due to the volume of orders.
