Shipping and Returns

All the information you need about how we ship your orders and what to do if you need to return or exchange something. If you have any questions, write to us and we'll help you.

Shipping costs

48H Express Shipping → always free

24H Express Delivery → €2.99 up to €50

24H Express Shipping → Free on orders over €50

Shipping to the Canary Islands → €12 or free from €100

Shipping to the Balearic Islands → €8 or free from €100

Shipping to Portugal → €6 or free from €100

Delivery times

24H Express Shipping → Delivery in 24 hours

48H Express Shipping → Delivery in 48 hours.

Orders are processed every day at 09:00 h .

  • Orders placed before 9:00 am are shipped the same day.
  • Orders placed after 09:00 h: will be shipped the next day.

Delivery takes place within 24–48 hours , depending on the shipping method selected.

Shipping to the Islands, Ceuta and Melilla

Important

Balearic Islands → €6 shipping costs

Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla → €12 shipping costs

Customs fees and handling are not included in the price. The customer is responsible for these costs upon delivery.

International Shipping

Shipping costs depend on the destination country.

For shipments outside of Spain, it is recommended that the customer include their tax document (NIF/NIE) in case the invoice is requested at the destination.

International shipments may take up to 7 business days due to customs procedures and subcontracting with another transport agency.

Returns for defective product

Free of charge

If your product arrives defective, we are very sorry (we are human and sometimes it happens!).

Just let us know after you receive the package, and we'll sort it out as quickly as possible.

Returns for other reasons

If you are simply not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product within 14 days following receipt of the package.

In this case:

• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

• The amount is returned in a lifetime voucher to spend on the website (we do not make cash refunds, unless the product is discontinued).

• If the product was on promotion (Black Friday, sales, etc.), the coupon will be for the discounted price.

Customized products

Important

Products with personalization (embroidery, initials, etc.) can only be returned if there is a defect in the personalization (for example, if the initials are wrong).

If the customer has not provided all the necessary information for personalization (lack of initials, for example), they will have to pay the shipping costs.

Outlet Items

No refunds

Items marked as Outlet or with a permanent discount (not those from specific promotions such as Black Friday) are not eligible for return.

Make sure to double-check the size and product details before buying outlet items, and if you have any questions, let us know.

Packages returned by the agency

If the package is returned to our offices for any of these reasons:

• Lack of information in the address

• Lack of tax information (ID card in the Islands, Ceuta or Melilla)

• Customer absent twice

The customer will have to pay the shipping costs again (€3.95) for us to resend the order.

Please include your order number and the reason for the return/size exchange. We will respond as soon as possible with the next steps.
